Looks super. I also drilled a small hole in the plate and added a pull chain switch so I can turn it off with out having to walk to the switch.

It was not clear to me that this was an American website so when the parcel arrived I had to pay half the full price again just to receive the item. Now, it was worth it, because I had great difficulty finding lights like these; but it would be nice if it were clear at the time of check out that the price is in US Dollars.

The picture was exactly what I was hoping for - a substantial wall sconce that says "look at me!" When I opened the box I immediately saw that what I got was a flimsy wall bracket that my husband says is not worth going to the trouble to run the wiring. Very disappointing.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
