Since I had a technical question I could not get answered on your web site, I called the 888 number and spoke with a sales associate. He was able to quickly answer my question and complete the order. The emails from your company allowed me to track the status of my order. The order arrived complete, in good condition and when the tracking information said it would. Everything works fine and it looks great. Thanks for a good experience.

Nice track but scratches very easily with JUNK floating power feed canopy.

Nice stainless look. works with other H track compatible pieces from local retailers. i really only got this because i needed the track-pendant adapters and figured i'd get the free shipping, but i don't regret it.

i do wish it came with 2 end caps instead of 1.

you also need 2 toggle bolts to secure it properly, which it did not come with.
