The Fire Box is designed to use Charcoal Briquettes, Lump Charcoal or Wood
The Patio Smoker/Grill Combo is built using #1 quality 14 gauge steel and painted with an 800 degree dry powder coat paint for a long lasting finish.
It comes with a convenient fold down handle and 2 sturdy 6" steel wheels for easy rolling.
A large preparation tray runs the length of the Smoking Chamber.
It has a large sturdy lower shelf for storage.
The smoking chamber has a grease drain hole with a drip bucket hook.
There is a large Ash Door on the fire box that opens 180 degrees for easy clean-out. Included in the ash door is a tight air baffle to help you control the heat by limiting the amount of air getting to the charcoal. The tall exhaust stack has a damper flute.
The fire box and smoking chamber feature "cool to the touch" handles.
Included in the package is a large easy to read thermometer, ash rake and grease drip bucket.
