Has been installed for two weeks and have had several unsolicited positive remarks on the unit.
Silky smooth operation.
I have oriented the handle towards the front which is more ergonomical and looks fine too. If your wall is fairly close to the faucet it may be too close for proper function in the off-to-the-side orientation anyway.
The soap dispenser works very well. Plastic workings underneath but I just sent an expensive one back that was all metal but worked very poorly.
