When I recieved the product it was cracked. I call Bayou Classic and they immediately shipped me a new one. Plan on buying many more of their products.

This is a great product. i'm surprised that animal doctors don't order these. we cook outdoor alot and this is the best so far.

Design is great but a bit flimsy. The stainless steel gauge is too thin. The braces on the leg just about snapped when assembling the grille. The internal grates have melted after 6 months. If they could beef up the design in these places were strenghthened it would be an excellent product. I suppose they only want it to last one season so you have to buy another one next year.

I have one of my own that we use everytime we cook chicken legs and wings. The one I ordered from this site is a christmas present for my favorite uncle!!! He loves to BBQ. So easy to use and clean. Just wipe it down with soapy water and a sponge! And it cooks the chicken just right so one side is not cooked more than the other. :) Love it!
