The cooking surface is wide-open: almost six feet long and two feet wide. With more than ten square feet of cooking area you can get all fired up about grilling. You have room for a massive amount of meat and all the grilled trimmings. This model is very popular with volume feeders, resorts and country clubs.

With the roll dome down (sold separately), these grills fire up quickly, reaching high pre-heat temperatures in 6-7 minutes.
