I purchased the large table and chairs cover the end of May 09. By August, it was faded, split and dry rotted. The company replaced it since is is suppose to be guaranteed for a year. The second one (and I left the old one on top to help protect the newer one from fading, tore after getting a foot of snow on it. This time the company said the splits were cut and would not back it up. I would not recomment this cover if you are covering something that is to remain outside (then what is the purpose, right?). These did not hold up under summer or winter weather. I am very dissatisfied with the product, especially for the money.
