Our furniture arrived in almost perfect condition. The loveseat had a broken leg. Lighting Universe made a very quick response/replacement, using a different shipper. We are very satisfied with our furniture. Only wish we had ordered it earlier so we could enjoy it longer, as it is now getting too chilly to sit outside.
