One can't argue the price of this cover, but that soon fades when the cover is put into application. I store my Kayak on two J hooks, outside. When the cover is on, it is hard for one person to lift the kayak to the racks (can't access cockpit for lifting). When the Kayak is on the racks, its hard to put the cover on. Also, the cover does not breath, and leaks. Condensation collects, and when it rains, water pools in the bottom. I think a better choice would be a fabric that breaths, and is water repellent- like the canvas covers used for boats. And a full length zipper, with a flap would make it easier to install and to mount on the rack. The cover fits too sloppy too- trying to be all things- kayak and canoe cover. Make separate products for each. So, it keeps UV Rays off the boat, and leaves, insects and varmits out and that's about it. I'll use it until something better is found, or get one custom made.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
