Purchased this item but did not realize that it did not have a volume control...now I have to make another trip to the store...my fault for not looking for that feature on the box ....my salesman failed to counsel me so we were both at fault...why not state no volume control so that I could continue to search for one of your products that does have a volume control...

I have a hearing problem, is this avail in a volume turn up or is it loud? A:Unfortunately, this item does not have a volume control. The loudest you will get with wireless is 75 decibels. The hard wired chimes will be louder going all the way up to 95 decibels. Greg
