Warranty Details:

Frame: Your Sundance Southwest frames come with a (5) five year structural warranty when properly maintained in ordinary home use. Sundance will, at factory option, repair or replace and Sundance wrought iron furniture that has failed structurally during normal use and regular maintenance.
Cushions: Sundance complies with Sunbrella® fabrics' manufacturers' warranty. The warranty is a (3) three year limited warranty covering the construction and craftsmanship of the cushion. This warranty does not include tears from misuse, abuse or regular wear and tear. Other warranties may be available through the fabric manufacturer.
Powder Coat: Sundance offers a (1) one year warranty against blistering or peeling of the iron frame powder coating under normal use and proper maintenance. Extra caution must be taken with salt water pools. Sundance will, at it's own discretion, refinish or replace your Sundance wrought iron if either of the above occurs. Do not leave wrought iron in standing water or expose wrought iron to sprinklers or long periods of rain. Sundance offers a high quality, form fitting vinyl cover to protect your furniture.
Items not covered under warranty:
1. Accidental damage from fire, wind, transportation or other acts of God.
2. Permanent stains caused by lotions or oils.
