I put my Land Mann Black Dog Smoker together last weekend, it took about 3.5 hours to assemble, not including the time I spent unpacking parts from the shipping box.

Last weekend, I loaded up the firebox end of this grill with a couple pounds of charcoal along with a few pieces of hickory. About 30 minutes later, I put my brisket and baby back ribs on the grill side and let it cook for 9 hours before I started painting on barbeque sauce for the last hour. The grill performed well, leaving the meat side with about a 200 temperature, while the firebox roared between 500 and 700 degrees. Result: fantastic! I can't wait for next weekend!
