The item arrived quickly and in excellent condition. My only problem was with the paint finish and the assembly. The metal chain links had to be pried apart to assemble the chandelier, it took so much effort to do this that the paint flaked off (even though I was careful to wrap a towel around the link first). Coincidentally, I had off-white paint that matched the lamp and was able to conceal the missing paint chips, otherwise I would have been embarrassed to hang it up.

Before I made this purchase, what I wanted to know was the type of finish as well as the allowed voltage for the light bulbs.
After perusing many sites, when I ended up searching Lighting Universe everything was made easy; from viewing the different small chandeliers, to buying the one that fitted the look that I was seeking for one of our bathrooms, to promptly receiving this purchase. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.
