My experience with this product has been incredibly good. I purchased one for my summer home in the Hamptons and my installers said it was the easiest, lightest, yet strongest materials they have ever seen for formal backyard structures. The fiberglass beams are actualy pound for pound stronger than steel but much lighter than wood. I was able to design my own rafter tails for $200.00 extra and now own the one of a kind design which can not be sold to anyone else. I was also able to match the trim on my home with a custom paint application. This is the most elegant, strongest, yet cost effective structure available, trust me I did the research and fiberglass is the way to go but this company is the only one in the US with a 100% fiberglass system.
